Highland Park makes use of digital artwork tools within our regular art program. We have 3 electronic graphics tablet systems, like the one pictured below, which each utilize a painting stylus (a pen-like tool) & an electronic drawing tablet instead of a mouse, & which can make use of high-quality graphics illustration software.

The tablets can be used with all paint & graphic illustration programs, or in place of a regular mouse. The goal is to introduce students to a different user-interface tool & to a background in graphics-intensive computer work that is often used in internet, media, or advertising-based careers. Check out some of our students' digital creations using these tools!
