To practice the scientific method we did a series of experiments with m&m’s. our teachers gave us a packet of m&m’s to help fill out a packet of information. First, we wrote down how many m&m’s we thought were in each bag and how many of each color were in each bag. we recorded that information in the packet. Then, we opened the bag and found out the actual number of m&m’s and how many of each color. My predictions were pretty close, the biggest number I was off by was three. the graphs above tell how many m&m’s of each color and the total amount of m&m’s in all that I predicted and the actual number.
