The students worked on creating family albums by writing and drawing about each member of their family including themselves.  They started by drawing a picture of the family member.  Then they wrote how the person is related to them, the person's name, how old the person is, and something about the person. Some pictures were drawn  freehand and some were drawn using Kid Pix.   We talked about our families in class and shared photographs and videos of our families.  All the pictures and writing that are inside a black border were scanned into the computer and then put into the web page.  We'd like to hear from you.  You may contact Mrs. Gonzalez at pagonzal@austin.isd.tenet.edu.
