Using the Kidpix application, the students used the paintbrush tool to create a symmetrical picture with several sections. They then used the paintbucket to fill in each section with different patterns, making sure they filled in the "mirrored" sections the same as each other. Each student created at least nine pictures which they saved and made into their own individual slide shows at school.
